Booking terms and conditions
Bookings are not refundable. In the event of you not being able to attend a course we will allow you to change to another date or course for a £25 admin fee providing it is within 48 hours of the scheduled class. Alternatively, you are also welcome to send another person in your place. Please let us know such alterations beforehand.
KitchenJoy Vouchers are valid for one year. You may use a voucher that does not cover the total value of a particular course by paying the outstanding balance at checkout.
We retain the right to change the sample menu or cancel classes, but where possible we will give as much notice as we can if this is the case.
