St. Valentines Sea Feast

Be inspired and learn to cook a fabulous dinner at home rather than tackle the restaurant crowds, over inflated prices and boring set menus on 14th February.  Treat yourselves to healthy fish dishes for you and your loved one followed by a sumptuous dessert.

This one day cookery class is an introduction to nutritional cooking which incorporates the healthiest foods into exciting and tasty recipes in a simplistic way, providing healthy cooking tips for a romantic meal you can prepare at your home.

You will learn to cook a range of simple, healthy dishes using fresh and easily available ingredients. You will discover the medicinal benefits of carefully selected herbs and spices and how to incorporate them into dishes.

Sample recipes include:
Coriander crusted seared tuna with edamame beans,
Mediterranean fish stew, zesty wild salmon with roast beets & spinach,
Alternative chocolate mousse.

Our hands-on cookery classes at Kitchen Joy’s Kitchen in Chiswick include the ingredients, food preparation and cooking equipment, and drinks. You will prepare and cook dishes around the Kitchen Joy island and can enjoy eating your dishes together with the group on the long dining table. There will also be some left over foods for you to take home to share with your loved ones.
